Thank God for Existence

Thank God for Confluence

  • from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named.—Ephesians 3:15
  • There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.— Ephesians 4:4-6
  • For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall.—Ephesians 4:4-6

More Definitive Affirmation of Promises

  • And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.—verse 3-4

More Affirmative Elevation of Dignity

  • Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.—verse 5

More Aggressive Participation of God

  • And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. 8And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.—verse 6-8

Ultimate Knowledge

  • Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God is one LORD— 6:4

  • Yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we exist. And there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we exist.—1 Corinthians 8:6
  • One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.—Ephesians 4:6

Ultimate Experience

  • Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.—Romans 3:30
